Checking
A. NOISY GEAR SHIFTING
(AFTER CLUTCH CHECKING)
Dismount the gearbox.
Check the sinchro assembly of the velocity step :
- friction cones of the synchro pinion and gear;
- synchro hub,springs and wedges;
- coupling gears of the pinion and the sliding gear.
B. IMPOSSIBILITY OF GEAR COUPLING
( AFTER CLUTCH CHECKING )
Check gear linkage.
Adjust gear linkage.
Check the wear
of linkage gear.
Dismount the gearbox.
Check gear shifting and
coupling of the velocity steps.
Check synchro cones and
wedges.
Replace defective
parts.
Adjust gear linkage.
