1 large onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp thyme
2 tsp rosemary
1 c red wine
1 c beet'bouillon
2 c sliced mushrooms
2 c pearl onions
11/-i oz dry taco seasoning
1 lb boneless chicken breast thin strips
6 oz pkg yellow rice mix with seasoning

1/2 c apricot preserves

Sweet & Sour Pork
1 c long grain rice
2 c pineapple juice
1/2 c water
1/_i c sweet & sour sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
