GARANTÍAS IMPLÍCITAS, INCLUIDAS AUNQUE NO DE MODO TAXATIVO, CUALQUIER GARANTÍA IMPLÍCITA
DE COMERCIALIZACIÓN E IDONEIDAD PARA UN USO O PROPÓSITO EN PARTICULAR, SE LIMITAN A UN
AÑO A PARTIR DE LA FECHA ORIGINAL DE COMPRA. EN NINGÚN CASO, DACOR SERÁ RESPONSABLE DE
GASTOS IMPREVISTOS O DAÑOS RESULTANTES. EN CASO DE QUE DACOR SE IMPONGA EN CUALQUIER
DEMANDA, DACOR TENDRÁ DERECHO AL REEMBOLSO DE TODOS LOS COSTOS Y GASTOS, INCLUIDOS
HONORARIOS DE ABOGADOS, POR PARTE DEL CLIENTE DE DACOR. NO SE OFRECE NINGUNA GARANTÍA,
YA SEA EXPRESA O IMPLÍCITA, A NINGÚN COMPRADOR PARA REVENTA.
Algunos estados no permiten limitaciones en cuanto a la duración de las garantías implícitas, o no
permiten la exclusión o limitación de daños no resultantes, por lo tanto, es posible que las limitaciones
y exclusiones anteriores no se apliquen a usted. Esta garantía le otorga derechos legales específicos, y
