AUDIO Setup
Select a digital output.
Set output conditions to coaxial or optical terminal.
You can set following three(3)
values of digital output;
OFF: Not any output goes to digital audio output
terminal.
BITSTREAM: The same signal as audio signal
recorded in disc goes to digital audio output
terminal.
PCM: Decoded audio signal goes to digital
output terminal.

Select Dual Mono.
Dual Mono means 2 individual mono channels.
Dual Mono is mainly used to apply 2
different languages to one program. This function
is similar to multichannel sound
function supported in TV or VCR. 2 mono channels
can be combined into total 4 values;
STEREO, LEFT MONO, RIGHT MONO and
MIXED MONO.

A user may select audio menu according to a user’s speaker set.
STEREO: outputs left channel and right channel to left speaker and right speaker
respectively.
LEFT MONO: outputs left channel to left speaker and right speaker.
RIGHT MONO: outputs right channel to left speaker and right speaker.
MIXED MONO: mixes 2 mono channels and outputs the mixed channel to left
and right speaker at the same time.
While DISC STOP or Memorise STOP,
press [SETUP] button.
