PRECAUTIONS TO AVOID POSSIBLE EXPOSURE TO EXCESSIVE MICROWAVE ENERGY (a) Do not attempt to operate this oven with the door open since open-door operation can result in harmful exposure to microwave energy. It is important not to defeat or tamper with the safety interlocks. (b) Do not place any object between the oven front face and the door or allow soil or cleaner residue to accumulate on sealing surfaces.
INSTALLATION AND EARTHING INSTRUCTIONS How to examine your microwave oven after unpacking. should be fitted with 13 AMP fuse marked with the number BS 1362. We recommend the use of good quality plugs and wall sockets that can be switched off when the machine is not in use. Unpack oven, remove all packing material, and examine the oven for any damage such as dents, broken door, latches or cracks in the door. Do not remove the film from inside the door. Notify dealer immediately if the oven is damaged.

ACCESSORIES ■ Turntable tray or turntable This oven comes equipped with several accessories. They can be used in various ways to facilitate cooking. This metal tray fits over the rotating base and locks into place. This is to be used in the oven for all cooking. It rotates clockwise or counterclockwise during cooking. It is easily removable for cooking and cleaning needs. ■ Rotating base This fits over the shaft in the center of the oven’s cavity floor. This to remain in the oven for all cooking.
BEFORE OPERATION SETTING THE CLOCK When the oven is first plugged in, the display will flash “ : 0” and a tone will sound. If the AC power ever goes off, the display will flash “ : 0” when the power comes back on. Your oven has multiple (12H/24H) clock system. To set the clock follow under procedure. Example : To set 5:30 Clock Auto Cook 1. Touch clock button once. " 12H " shows in display. This is a 12 hour clock system. ▲ 2. Touch clock button once more. " 24H " shows in display.
OPERATION Note : Using your oven 1. Hot Surfaces Exterior oven surfaces, including air vents on the cabinet and the oven door, will get hot during Grill, Combination and Oven cooking. Carefully use when opening or closing door and when inserting or removing food and accessories. After using the above cooking functions, the roof and walls will be very hot. 2. GRILL COOKING The grill enables you to heat and brown food quickly, without using microwaves. Grill 10min. ▲ 10min. Combi 1min. Temp 10sec. Stop/ Clear Start/ Speedy cook ▲ Grill 1. Touch grill button once. Grill indicator lights. " : 0" shows in display. 2. Touch 10m., 1m., 10s. pad to set the grilling time. For a grilling time of 11 minutes 00 seconds, touch 10m., 1m. pad once. (up to 30 minutes) “11:00” shows in display. 3. Touch start/speedy cook pad. The grill indicator starts blinking.
OVEN COOKING(with pre-heat) For oven cooking, it is recommended that you preheat the oven to the appropriate temperature before placing the food in the oven. (except for 40˚C) The maximum preheating time is 30 minutes. If the cooking is not started immediately after preheating, the preheated oven temperature will continue to blink. It is maintained for 15 minutes; it is then switched off automatically. Temp 10sec. ▲ 2.
COMBINATION COOKING This function allows you to combine the speed of a microwave with the browning and crustying of a grill. Always use microwave-safe and ovenproof cookware. Combi 1min. 1. The m/w and grill indicator start blinking. The oven light comes on and the turntable starts rotating.
AUTO COOK This function allows you to simply and automatically cook a range of popular foods. Always use oven gloves when touching the recipients in the oven. Clock Auto Cook ▲ Grill 10min. 1min. Temp 10sec. Stop/ Clear Start/ Speedy cook 2. Select the menu by pressing the Auto cook button until the required menu is displayed. Refer to the auto cook menu chart below for further details. 3. Touch 10m.(1000g), 1m.(100g) pad to set the cooking weight.
SPEEDY COOK The speedy cook function allows the oven to begin cooking immediately on full power 800W. The speedy cook button has been pre-programmed to increase in increments of 30 seconds up to a maximum time of 5 minutes. Stop/ Clear Start/ Speedy cook 1. Touch stop/clear button.
