Every recipe is explained step by step and this allows to understand how to use microwaves oven saving time and preserving the nourishing elements (vitamins and protein) of food. HOW TO READ RECIPES. Preparation time and requested ingredients are clearly indicated for each recipe.

6 FRESH FRUIT FROZEN BREAD FROZEN PUFF-PASTRY You can defrost gr. 450 fresh strawberries in 10 minutes.
