other phonebook commands.

Parameter: <storage>

"SM" - SIM phonebook

"FD" - SIM fixed dialling-phonebook (only phase 2/2+ SIM)

"LD" - SIM last-dialling-phonebook (+CPBW and +CPBF are not

applicable for this storage)

"MC" - device missed (unanswered received) calls list (+CPBW

and +CPBF are not applicable for this storage)

"RC" - ME received calls list (+CPBW and +CPBF are not

applicable for this storage)
