ATS7 = <sec> S7 sets the length of time in seconds that the device will wait for
carrier before hanging up the call. The timer is started when the
device finishes dialing (originate), or 2 seconds after going off-
hook.
Parameter: <sec> - 1-255
Note: Default is 60 seconds
