Release the fixing hook
for lead wire and detach
the lead wire.
When assembling, put the
lead wire through the back of
the motor so as not to be
entangled with the propeller
fan.

Remove the 4 screws of
the fan motor.

Pull out the rubber
vibration isolators
sideward.
