Dako warrants to Buyer that the Hybridizer will be free, under normal use and maintenance, from defects
in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery to the end-user. As
Buyer's sole and exclusive remedy for any such defects, Dako will, at its option, repair or replace without
charge any unit which is found to be so defective.
Limitation of Liability
Dako shall not be responsible under this warranty for Products found to be defective as a result of
misuse, mishandling, or neglect.
DAKO MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THAT SPECIFIED ABOVE, OF ANY KIND
WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED BY DAKO AND EXCLUDED
FROM THE TERMS OF SALE.
