ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

Item No: GT13269

1. Screw the decorative column (F) securely into the base (G).

Be careful not to twist the power cord.

2. Screw the socket assembly (E) into the decorative column (F).

3. Insert the harp (C) into the saddle (D).

4. Place the shade (B) over the harp (C) and tighten with the

finial (A) securing the shade (B) in place.

Uses (1) Maximum 150Watt 3-WAY Type “A” Bulb.

or (1) maximum 25Watt CFL Bulbs (Bulb not included).

Cleaning of your lamp

Wipe with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasives.
