ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Place the lamp base (A) on a level surface.
2. Screw the threaded rod (C) into socket assembly (B).
3. Adjust the knurl nut (D) onto the threaded rod (C).
This can be used to raise the shade a little if
necessary.
4. Place shade (E) over threaded rod (C), and tighten
finial (F) securing the shade in place.
5. Insert bulbs into the bulb socket.
To Replace the Night Light
1. Gently remove finial (F), shade (E), and threaded
rod (C).
2. Turn the base upside down, loosen screws nuts (G)
and slide base (A) off shade (H) and replace bulb.
3. Place shade (H) over base (A) and tighten screw
nuts (G) securing the shade in place.
Recommended (2) maximum 60 WATT Type “A” Bulbs or (2) maximum 13WATT CFL Bulbs
(Bulbs not included)
Recommended (1) 25Watt, Type “B” Bulb or maximum (1) 13Watt, CFL Bulb
(Bulb included)
Cleaning of your lamp.
Unplug lamp, wipe with a damp cloth.
Do not use abrasives
