ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

Item No: TT13192

1. Place the base (A) on a level surface.

2. Place the shade (C) over the socket (B) and tighten

with the socket ring (D), securing shade in place.

3. Insert bulb into bulb socket

Recommended (1) maximum 60 WATT, Type “A” Bulb

Or maximum (1) 13Watt CFL Bulb

(Bulb not included)

Cleaning of your lamp.

Unplug lamp, wipe with a damp cloth.

Do not use abrasives
