3.5.4 Phonebook functionality
The Phonebook window is activated from the Dispatcher Tool Bar or from the top bar
Views selection. From this panel the Dispatcher is able to initiate various types of calls and
send Status and Text SDS’s.
The Phone Book contains a list of subscribers belonging to the same Home and Associated
Organization as the Dispatcher. This list is provided by the TetraFlex
®
infrastructure and is
obtained via the Application Gateway by means of the dedicated subscriber multicast
address.
