Connecting when Windows Firewall is On
The Windows Firewall blocks access to port 9776, which is used by the Dugan soft-
ware. If you must leave the Windows Firewall on, you can operate the Dugan Control
Panel in a browser window. Enter the Model E-2’s IP address directly in the browser’s
address field. The browser uses the Dugan Control Panel that is stored in the Model
E-2’s hardware, not the version that you may have downloaded to your computer.
