Troubleshooting
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Does not work • No power to unit
• Power cord is unplugged
• Wrong voltage is being used
• Check connection of power cord to
power source
• Plug in the unit
• Use proper voltage
Refrigerator
runs
continuously
• Temperature set too low
• Door is not closed
• Hot food inserted
• Door opened too long or too often
• Close proximity to heat source or
direct sunlight
• Set temperature higher
• Close door securely
• Be sure food is at room temperature
before inserting
• Minimize door openings/duration
• Do not place unit close to heat
sources or direct sunlight
Internal
temperature not
cold enough

• Ensure the door is sealing properly
• Only open the door when necessary
• Cool food to room temperature
before inserting it in the refrigerator
• Ensure nothing is touching the back
wall
Water is leaking
from the
refrigerator
• Drain hole is clogged and defrost
water drips over the channel
• Clean the clogged pipe with a pipe
cleaner or plastic straw
Unit is vibrating
or there is a
noise
• The appliance is not level or is not
installed on a fi rm solid base/fl oor
• Appliance is touching a wall or
other kitchen appliances are
standing next to it
• The accessories inside the
appliance are not installed
correctly. Bottles or cans may
be touching each other causing
rattling and/or vibrations
• Always make sure that the appliance
is leveled and installed on a fi rm solid
base/fl oor
• The appliance should not touch any
wall or other kitchen appliance
• Ensure the accessories inside the
appliance are correctly installed so
that they do not touch each other
causing rattling or vibrations
