Danco Product Warranty

Five year warranty is limited to defects in material or workmanship, and to the replacement of the product

or refund of purchase price ve years from the date of purchase, at Danco’s option. Danco will not be liable

for any incidental or consequential damage from the product or use of the product. Specic rights vary from

state to state. Whenever possible, each provision of this warranty will be interpreted so as to be effective

and valid under any applicable law. If any provision of this warranty is prohibited by or determined invalid

under any applicable law, such provision will be ineffective only to the extent of such provision or other

provisions contained in the warranty.
