When the red indicator is off,
the microphone and camera
are enabled；
When the red indicator is on,
the microphone and camera
are disabled.
The box supports a. top and b. bottom placemen.
For better user experience, a. top placement is
recommended.

Open the battery compartment of remote control,
install two AAA batteries, and close the battery
compartment cover.

No display after power on?
Do not plug in and out with wet hands;
Power off and disconnect reminder;

around the device and do not cover
with items such as newspapers;

interface, and prevent product
damage from heavy pressure, falling,
throwing or strong impact;

prevent damage to important parts on
the motherboard due to overcurrent
and other reasons;
Do not try to disassemble the product
by yourself. Maintenance shall be
carried out only by our authorized staff.
Turn on/off microphone
and camera.
Indicate the working
status of the device.
Confirm your device is connected to the TV well and set the correct
HDMI Input from your TV configuration.
TV has images but no sound?
Make sure your TV is not in mute and low volume.
Fail to connect to the network?
Make sure the Ethernet cable is properly connected. Make sure Wi-Fi
is functional and your box has a strong enough signal from your
router.
Remote control failure?
Replace the battery of the remote control with a new one, and make
sure it is placed in the correct polarity.
Make sure the remote control is within the range of the TV box.
Go to the Setting menu to unpair and re-pair the remote control.
How to deal with the video lag?
Try to switch to Hardware Decoding or System Decoding.
