You cannot configure port 4 for handshaking mode.
Note On the AT-DIO-32F at least one DMA channel must be available if you are to use
buffered operations (NI-DAQ
DIG_Block and DIG_DB function calls and LabVIEW
DIO_Read.vi, DIO_Write.vi, Digital_Buffer_Read.vi and
Digital_Buffer_Write.vi).
