Digital Double-Buffered Group Block I/O Applications

You also can configure group block operations as double-buffered

operations for DIO-32 devices. With double-buffered operations, you can

do continuous input or output with a limited amount of memory. See the

Double-Buffered I/O section later in this chapter for an explanation of

double buffering. Figure 3-25 outlines the basic steps for digital

double-buffered group block I/O applications.
