8 oz lump crab meat, cooked
½ cup unsalted, plain bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 tsp kosher salt
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
½ tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp dill, minced
1 tsp parsley, minced
Spicy Mayo
1 tbsp Sriracha
3 tbsp mayonnaise
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS:
Combine crab meat, bread crumbs, eggs, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, Cajun
seasoning, dill and parsley in bowl and mix thoroughly.
Form into 2” balls and atten into round discs.
Place 2-3 patties in Air Fryer in one layer and fry for 10 minutes.
Combine Sriracha and mayonnaise and stir to combine. Serve crab cakes with spicy
Sriracha mayo and lemon wedges, if desired.

DIRECTIONS:
Toss okra with kosher salt and curry powder. Add cornstarch and toss until thoroughly
mixed.
Place in Air Fryer and fry 15 minutes at 400ºF.
