General – Fig. 32 shows at opened position, Figs. 33 and 34 show
interior views of Model TSK-2186WB with Top Enclosure and Bottom Enclosure
removed. Model TSK-2186WB is identical to Model TSK-2186W, described from
Fig. 1 to Fig. 6, and Fig. 10 to Fig. 12, except where noted.
1. Upper and Lower Platen – Aluminum alloy. Each measured overall 134 by
120 by 24 mm, 1.3 mm thick. Secured together with integral posts to
create a rotating hinge connection, and respectively secured to Top and
Bottom Enclosure by screw.
2. Temperature Regulating Thermostat - R/C (XAPX2/8), THERMASTER LTD
(E129621), Type DT7, rated 120 V ac, 15 A, calibrated to open at 175C,
evaluated for 100,000 cycles endurance and recalibration tested. The
internal wiring connected to the thermostat's terminals, provided with
R/C (RFMV2) connection terminals at the ends and spot-welded to the
terminals of Thermostat. Secured to Lower Platen by screws. See ILL.

3. Thermal Cutoff - R/C (XCMQ2/8), THERM-O-DISC INC, SUB OF EMERSON
ELECTRIC CO (E40667), Type G4A00240C or G4A01240C, rated 120 V ac, 15
A, functioning temperature at 240C. One end spot-welded to terminal of
Thermostat, the other spot-welded to the cold pin of Lower Heating
Element. The bare leads and Thermal Cutoff body, were optionally
insulated by R/C (UZFT2) Insulating Sleeving, rated 300 V, minimum
