EGG BITE MAKER, MODEL TSK-2956P - FIGS. 5 AND 6

General – Fig. 5 shows the interior view with the Upper Enclosure

opened, Fig. 6 shows the interior view with Lower Enclosure opened of Model

TSK-2956P.

1. Upper/Lower Heating Elements – Sheath type. Each rated 120 V, 600 W.

Coiled Cr-Al resistance wire embedded in magnesium oxide compound

insulation and encased in copper-clad steel sheath, measured 6.6 mm OD,

0.7 mm thick. Terminated with plated steel pins, 1.8 mm OD. The

internal wiring leads, provided with crimp devices at the ends, and

then spot-welded to the cold pins of Heating Element. See ILL. 2 for

detailed dimensions.

2. Pilot Lights – Neon lamp connected in series with resistor and with

leads, R/C (AVLV2)/CNR, minimum 22 AWG, rated 200°C, 300 V. Bare leads

totally enclosed by Insulating Sleeving/Tubing, see Construction

Details. Secured between Upper Enclosure and Pilot Light Lens by

physical fit.

3. Temperature-Regulating Thermostat – R/C (XAPX2/8), THERMASTER LTD

(E129621), Type DT7, rated 120 V ac, 15 A, calibrated to open at max.

175°C, 100,000 cycles endurance and recalibration tested. Secured to

Upper Platen by screws. See ILL. 3 for detailed install location.

ELECTRONIC (XIAMEN) LTD (E329580), Type ST1, rated 120 V ac, 15 A.

function temperature at 240°C). Body and leads completely insulated by

Sleeving, see Construction Details, Insulation Sleeving，rated 200°C.

Secured to Upper Platen by metal clip and screw. See ILL. 3 for

detailed install location.

Sub of Emerson Electric Co (E40667), Type G4A followed by two digits 00

to 99 inclusive, may be followed by TF, followed by 240C, (rated 120 V,

15 A, function temperature at 240°C).
