INGREDIENTS:
4 oz lump crab meat, cooked
¼ cup unsalted, plain bread crumbs
1 egg
½ tsp kosher salt
pinch of garlic powder, onion powder
to taste
¼ tsp Cajun seasoning
½ tsp dill, minced
½ tsp parsley, minced
Spicy Mayo
½ tbsp Sriracha
2 tbsp mayonnaise

DIRECTIONS: (Temperature: 400°F Time: 10 minutes)
Combine crab meat, bread crumbs, eggs, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, Cajun
seasoning, dill and parsley in bowl and mix thoroughly.
Form into 2” balls and atten into round discs.
Place 2-3 patties in Air Fryer in one layer and air fry at 400℉ for 10 minutes.
Combine Sriracha and mayonnaise and stir to combine. Serve crab cakes with spicy
Sriracha mayo and lemon wedges, if desired.
