INGREDIENTS
5 tablespoons salted or unsalted buer melted
1½ cups cookie crumbs (10 graham crackers; about 6 oz)
2 tablespoons sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt (omied if you use salted buer)
DIRECTIONS
Pulse graham crackers in a food processor until finely ground or in a blender
or crush in a ziplock bag with a rolling pin.
Mix all ingredients together and press into a 9-inch springform pan or
pie plate.
Fill with cheesecake filling and bake according to instructions on page 37.
