GREEK YOGURT CHESSECAKE
INGREDIENTS
2 cups Greek Yogurt
2 eggs
½ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp cornstarch
pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the yogurt, eggs, sugar, and vanilla by hand or in a blender. Add the
cornstarch and salt, mix well.
Pour mixture into a graham cracker crust and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or till
the center jiggles when the pan is gently shaken but the edges of the
cheesecake are set.
