How To Use The Digital LCD Timer
1. Getting Started
To begin using your Dash Greek Yogurt Maker,
rst plug the appliance into a power outlet and allow
it to warm up for 5 minutes. Next, pour your prepared
recipe ingredients into the Small Container as
suggested in the Yogurt Recipe Table on Pages
16 - 18.
2. Standby Mode
After plugging-in your Dash Greek Yogurt Maker, the
letter “D” will display on the appliance’s LCD Timer
for 3-seconds. At this point, your Dash Greek Yogurt
Maker will display the default time setting of08:00
(8 hours).
IMPORTANT: Most recipes in the Yogurt Recipe Table on
Page 18 require you to adjust the LCD Timer setting.
3. Adjusting the LCD Timer
Adjusting the LCD Timer is easy.If your yogurt recipe
requires more (or less) time than the default setting
of08:00(8 hours), you can simply adjust the time
usingthe+orbutton located on each side of the
LCD Timer. Pressing the+button adds 30-minutesto
the LCD Timer.Pressing thebuttonsubtracts
30-minutesfromthe LCD Timer.Afterwards, press
theSTART/STOPbutton to launch the timer and
begin making your yogurt.
