Safety Guidelines • Do not let cord hang over edge of table, hang over edge of counter, or touch hot surfaces. IMPORTANT SAFETY GUIDELINES • Always make sure the pitcher is locked securely in place before motor is engaged. Do not remove pitcher before blender has finished blending. When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should be followed, especially the following: • Make sure dial is in the off position after each use. Make sure the motor stops completely before disassembling.

Before First Use Using Your Blender • Read the entire instruction manual and save it for further use. • Place the main base on a stable surface and plug it in. • Remove any stickers and packaging before use. • Place the pitcher on the main base. There should be a beep to indicate it is in place. • Use a wet cloth to wipe down the main base. • Wash the tamper, measuring cup, lid, and pitcher with soapy water and a sponge. WARNING: DO NOT SUBMERSE THE MAIN BASE IN WATER OR ANY LIQUID.
Blender Setting Guide • Power, Start/Stop Button When the blender is first plugged in, it is in energy-saving mode and the start/stop button will immediately flash red. To begin using the blender, push the flashing start/stop button. After pushing the start/stop button, the pre-set dial, speed, time and pulse buttons will light-up and the blender is ready for use.

Peanut Oil (optional) • Set some peanuts aside for chunky peanut butter • • Remove the pitcher from the main base. • Empty any extra contents of the pitcher into the trash. • Run the blender on the Rinse Setting. • Wipe down the main base with a wet soapy cloth. • Wash the pitcher and lid in the sink with hot soapy water.
Tomato Soup Tomato Soup Serves 2 Serves 2 • 1/2 cup fat-free yogurt • 4 tbsp olive oil • 2 sliced peaches • 2 garlic cloves, chopped • 1/2 cup raspberries • ¼ cup chopped onions • 1/2 cup orange juice • 2 tbsp fresh parsley • 1 cup ice • 1tbsp fresh basil • DASH of freshly ground pepper • 1 can of whole tomatoes • DASH of crushed red pepper DIRECTIONS DIRECTIONS Pour orange juice and yogurt in blender first. Pulse 3 times. Add peaches, raspberries and ice. Puree until desired texture.
