Setting up your hand mixer Make sure the Hand Mixer and all of its components are clean prior to assembly and use. 1 Remove Beaters from Beater Storage. Speed Settings Guide This Hand Mixer features 3 speed settings: Low, Medium, and High. Always begin mixing your ingredients on the Low setting and work your way up, one setting at a time, until you reach your desired speed. classic waffles INGREDIENTS: 2 eggs 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 ¾ cups milk ½ cup grapeseed oil 1 tbsp sugar 4 tsp baking powder ½ tsp vanilla extract ¼ tsp salt DIRECTIONS: Preheat waffle iron. Use the Hand Mixer to beat the eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. Spray preheated waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray. Pour mixture into waffle iron. Cook until golden brown. Serve hot with syrup and berries.
Clean Banana Nut Bread INGREDIENTS: 3 mashed bananas ½ cup maple syrup 2 ¼ cups of whole wheat flour or gluten free flour ¼ cup coconut oil 1 cup chopped walnuts, divided 1 tsp baking soda Gluten Free Flour Blend ¼ tsp salt 1 cup coconut flour ½ cup unsweetened apple sauce 1 ¼ cup almond flour 3 eggs DIRECTIONS: Preheat the oven to 325°F. Chocolate Fudge Cake INGREDIENTS: 2 ½ cups sugar 1 ½ tsp salt 3 cups flour 4 eggs 3 tbsp corn starch 1 cup grapeseed oil 1 cup cocoa 1 tsp vanilla 2 tsp baking powder 1 ¾ cups water 1 tsp baking soda DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all the dry ingredients and blend well with the Hand Mixer. Add the eggs, grapeseed oil, vanilla, and water. Mix batter on Low speed until there are no lumps. If you are a chocolate lover, you may want to add a small handful of chocolate chips to the batter.
