NOTE
Windows Mobile Device Center works with all versions of
Windows 7. However you need to install WMDC and the 64
bit driver update since you are running the 64 bit version. In
order to install WMDC and the drivers you must be logged in
as a local administrator.
NOTE
In Windows Mobile before using WMDC follow the directions
described in par. 3.3
