Federal Communication Commission Interference Statement
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant
to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful
interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency
energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference
to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular
installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which

In accordance with Article 10.8(a) and 10.8(b) of the RED, the following table provides information on the
frequency bands used and the maximum RF transmit power of the product for sale in the EU:

Radiofrequency Radiation Exposure Information
This device was tested for E field and H field to demonstrate compliance with RF exposure limit, according
to international Standards covering human exposure to electromagnetic fields from radio devices.
More information about the relevant Standards for RF exposure measurement methods and procedures
may be found in the CE DoC included in the product user manual available at www.datalogic.com website.
This device is compliant with RF exposure limits for general population/uncontrolled exposure specified
in Council Recommendation 1999/519/EC Annex II.
This equipment should be installed and operated with minimum distance 10 cm between the radiator &
your body.
