Manifold maintenance
Step 1
Complete the basic
disassembly (Refer to the
Cleaning and Sterilization
section).
Step 2
(APL valve)

Remove the diaphragm.
Replace it if:
• The disk, cage, or
diaphragm is damaged.
• The diaphragm looks
worn.
• The diaphragm fits over
the rim.
Step 3
(Seals)
Loosen the thumbscrew and
remove the plate.
• Replace the seal if
damaged or worn.
