5 Machine breakdown treatment
Sometime machine shown error it not mean the machine breakdown,
please self-checking before send to repiar
Power off
1. When power LED is not light, please check if power connection is in
correct way, and please plug into power socket tightly.
2. The LED DISPLAY shows “OFF”,means the machine is in standby status,
need to press “power” button (red color) in remote control to start up.
No image or incorrect image color
1. The HDMI cable or video cable between karaoke machine and TV is
not connected tightly or plug in wrong interface.
Please make sure the connection wire plug into karaoke machine and
TV is exactly inserted
Please make sure video cable is correct connection with karaoke
machine’s jack
Please make sure video cable color is matching with TV interface color
2. The video output mode of karaoke machine is not matching with TV
signal source
Repeat pressing “video” button in remote controller to select proper
signal output mode until image show in screen.
If use the HDMI cable, no matter what kind of output mode, it always
has image shown in screen.
A/V：PAL/NTSC；
Y/Pb/Pr：1080P/1080I/720P/576P/576I/480P/480I；
HDMI：1080P/1080I/720P/576P/576I/480P/480I。
No sound.
1. Sound/Video frequency cable not stuck firmly, please plug again.
2. Under the YPBPR video output mode, sound output is through the
video line and audio signal line insert to this machine together.
3. Please check every volume setting, and make proper adjustment.
