Aus unserer langjährigen Sitzforschung geben wir Ihnen gerne einige Tipps für das richtige Sitzen mit auf den Weg. Der Stuhl ist ein maßgeblicher Faktor an Ihrem Arbeitsplatz. F Doch falsch benutzte Stühle sind statistisch gesehen entscheidende Verursacher zahlreicher Beschwerden und Langzeitschäden, besonders im Rücken-, Schulter- und Nackenbereich.
Ergonomie Grundregeln D E GB E Hier die wichtigsten Grundregeln: 1. Nehmen Sie tief im Sitz Platz. 2. Wechseln Sie die Oberkörperhaltung möglichst oft, damit sich die Muskulatur nicht verkrampft (dynamisches Sitzen). 3. Achten Sie auf einen Öffnungswinkel von mindestens E 90° (rechter Winkel) in den Knie- und Armbeugen sowie im Hüftgelenk. Neigen Sie, wenn möglich, den Sitz in vorderer Oberkörperhaltung nach vorne. 4. Nutzen Sie die Abstützfunktionen des Stuhls.
