Manufacturer 1 Year Warranty Information
Congratulations on your purchase from Love Cooking Company! We do hope you are pleased with the
product. Should there be any issues, please note that there is a one-year warranty in place for this item
starting from the date of purchase and throughout the first year from that date. The warranty covers
any abnormal defects such as deformity, coating coming off, severe scratches when non-abrasive
sponges or utensils were used etc. Normal wear and tear coverage would NOT be covered which would
include the coating coming off after using abrasive cleaners, deformity if using higher oven
temperatures than stated on the packaging, dropping or damaging through use or storage etc.
If you need more information, please contact our company at 631-244-1520 and ask for our customer
service representative. We will need to see a copy of your invoice or receipt of purchase so that we can
see the store of purchase and purchase date clearly if you are asking for replacement.
No refunds will be made, only replacement if the product is still available or a credit can be issued which
would allow you to purchase another product for the same value through our website at
