We also recommend using a Phillips head screwdriver (not included) to complete assembly. Please do not substitute parts or use power screwdrivers. Our pieces are made from natural woods.
Unpack and separate all parts, bolts, screws and clip angles. All holes for attachment have been pre-drilled. No drilling by the customer is necessary. Ask your store or call us for replacement of missing parts. Record your model/item number, P.O. / lot number, date of purchase, store purchased from and the finish color for future reference.
