All Dawn® products have a limited lifeme warranty unless otherwise noted. Dawn® products have been manufactured and tested to the highest
quality standards by Dawn Kitchen & Bath Products, Inc. (“Dawn®”). Dawn® warranes are limited to Dawn® products purchased and installed in
the United States. Original invoice number provided by a Dawn authorized dealer will be required as proof of purchase.
Limited Lifeme Warranty
Dawn® warranes all of its products to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship during normal residenal use. This
warranty only extends to the original consumer and is non-transferable. If any defect is found in normal residenal use, Dawn® will, at its own
elecon, repair, provide a replacement part of product, or make appropriate adjustment at no charge, (labor charges and other incidental or
consequenal costs are not included). Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is NOT covered by this warranty. Improper care
and cleaning will void the warranty. If Dawn® is unable to provide a replacement and a repair cannot be made, Dawn® may elect to refund the
purchase price to the original consumer/purchaser in exchange for the return of the product. (IMPORTANT: The original consumer/purchaser is
responsible for inspecng products upon arrival. Any defecve product should be reported immediately and should NOT be installed.)
One-Year Limited Warranty
Dawn® sinks and kitchen accessories are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of purchase. Dawn®
will, at its own elecon, repair, replace or make appropriate adjustment where Dawn® inspecon discloses any such defects occurring in normal
usage within one (1) year aer purchase. Dawn® is not responsible for removal or installaon costs. This warranty voids if the products have been
moved from its original installaon place. Defecve parts or products will be replaced on availability basis. Warranty does not apply to any local
building codes, make sure to check your local plumbing codes before installaon. As wood ages a natural process causes the wood to darken, this
is not a defect and if a replacement part is needed we cannot guarantee exact color or grain match.
DAWN WARRANTIES DO NOT COVER, AND DAWN DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR:

Condions or damage NOT resulng from defects in material or workmanship.
●
Condions or damage resulng from:
- normal wear and tear, improper installaon, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident or alteraon, or
- the use of abrasive cleaning products or the use of the product in any manner contrary to the product instrucons, or
- condions in the home such as excessive water pressure or corrosion.
●
Labor, shipping, or other costs for the disconnecon, deinstallaon, or return of the product for warranty service, or cost s for
installaon or reinstallaon of the product.
●
Parts, accessories, connected materials, or related products not manufactured by Dawn.
Dawn reserves the right to inspect any Dawn product reported to be defecve prior to any repair or replacement. Repair and r eplacement
costs EXCLUDE shipping, labor, and consequenal expenses. To obtain warranty service contact Dawn either through your Dealer ,
Plumbing Contractor, Home Center or E-tailer, or by contacng Dawn. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) and descripon of problem
must be provided with all warranty claims.
You may only return new, uninstalled, or unused items sold and fullled by Dawn Kitchen & Bath Products, Inc. for a full ref und within 30
days of delivery. Items must be returned in its original package. Returns of used items or returns aer 30 days of delivery may be accepted
with a 15% restocking fee. Dawn will pay for return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our fault. If you receiv e a faulty product
and need to exchange it for the same product, please contact our customer service via phone, fax, or e-mail to request a replacement. If
you would like to exchange a product for a dierent one, please rst return the original product to our locaon at 27688 I ndustrial Blvd.,
Hayward, CA 94545 and then place a new order.
PARTIAL REFUNDS MAY BE GIVEN TO:

Most of the items that are returned aer 30 days of delivery

Any item not returned in the condion it was delivered
● Any item that has obvious signs of use
