Our 2 Year Guarantee
All our products are guaranteed against mechanical and electrical defects for 24
months from the date of purchase. In the event of a guarantee claim, please first
contact the place of purchase with proof of purchase. Please quote the model
number in all correspondence.
During the guarantee period, The Daylight Company will replace the product or
supply a spare part free of charge provided the fault was not caused by misuse,
improper handling, negligence, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or by any
modifications made by the purchaser. Returned products damaged by poor
packaging are the responsibility of the sender. The guarantee does not cover
consumables such as bulbs, tubes or batteries. This guarantee does not affect your
statutory rights.
Please do not return any products to us without prior authorization from our
customer service department.
