Using your hand push down on the back of the panel so the 2 clips will latch down.

Installation steps 7. Using a philips screw driver install compass module onto the Daystar panel. 1. Using a flat head screw driver and a paper towel , release the clips in the rear of the stock trim panel.( Jeep part# 6505660AA) 8. Rotate the panel over so you can install the panel from the front down so it will catch the dash first. 2. Lift up on the panel and pull back to release the front of the panel.

3. 4. Turn the panel over , using a Philips screw driver , remove the 2 screws that holds the compass module and remove the module from panel. Using a flat head screw driver remove the 2 clips.( Jeep p# 6505660AA) 5. Using needle nose pliers compress the clips so they will clamp on the Daystar panel. 6. Install the 2 clips onto the Daystar panel using your thumb and push them on.
