CAUSE: The customer is creating a Department
without entering an Account Number.
SOLUTION: Add an Account Number.
• Press "OK" to clear the message.
• Press the "Back" button.
• Select the text box next to "Number".
• Using the alphanumeric keypad on the
control panel, enter the correct account
number.
• Press "OK" twice.

Cause: The customer is creating a Department
without entering an Account Name.
Solution: Add An Account Name.
