SOLUTION:

CAUSE 1: There are insufficient funds in the cus-
tomer's account (POC or TMS).
SOLUTION: To See The Funds Available On
Your Mailing Machine:
• Press the "MENU" button.
• Select option 7 "My Funds".
• Select option 1 "Funds Used / Available".
• he ascending and descending registers are
available.
Note:
The ascending register is the amount of funds that
have been spent.
The descending register is the amount of funds
that are left
