BOILING AND DEEP FRYING
“For any large scale boil, it is imperative to have a
very strong flame. Boiling a large amount of liquid in
a large pot takes a long time and once you add all of
your ingredients to the water, you need a strong heat
source to bring the liquidback up to temperature
quickly. Otherwise, the process takes far too long.”
