HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICE
BEFORE YOU CALL FOR SERVICE
■ Is the circuit breaker tripped or the fuse blown?
■ Is there a power outage in the area?
■ See Troubleshooting on page 19.
IF THE COOKTOP BURNERS DO NOT LIGHT
■ Is the two piece burner assembled correctly? (See page 15, Fig. 09)
■ Is the burner head assembly aligned correctly? (See page 15, Fig. 09)
■ Is the manual shut-off valve open? This is usually located where the gas comes out of the wall.
For warranty service, please contact DCS Customer Care Representative at (888) 281-5698. Before you call,
please have the following information ready:
■ Model Number (located on rating plate on the right side of the unit).
■ Serial Number (located on rating plate on the right side of the unit).
■ Date of installation
■ A brief description of the problem
