Description
Integer The maximum number of Kbps delivered to UMTS
(uplink traffic) at a SAP.
Note: Not all integer values are valid. The general
rule is that the integer will be rounded down to the
nearest valid value. It is therefore possible that
reading back this parameter may produce a differ-
ent value than that used upon setting
UMTS: 0–384
GPRS/EDGE: 0–128
GPRS: 0–44
Default value = 0 – subscribed value will be
requested
