<Maximum bitrate

Description
Integer The maximum number of Kbps delivered to UMTS
(uplink traffic) at a SAP.
Note: Not all integer values are valid. The general
rule is that the integer will be rounded down to the
nearest valid value. It is therefore possible to read
out a value other than that given
UMTS: 0–384
GPRS/EDGE: 0–128
GPRS: 0–44
0: Default value – subscribed value will be
requested
