<temp> - over temperature indicator
0 - the device temperature is in the working range
1 - the device temperature is out of the working range
Note: typical
temperature working range
is (-10°C..+55°C); anyway you are
strongly recommended to consult the “Hardware User Guide” to verify the
real temperature working range of your module
#QTEMP=? Test command reports supported range of values for parameter <mode>.
Note The device should not be operated out of its working temperature range,
elsewhere proper functioning of the device is not ensured.

Set command sets the behaviour of the module internal temperature
monitor.
Parameters:
<mod>
0 - sets the command parameters.
1 - triggers the measurement of the module internal temperature,
reporting the result in the format:
#TEMPMEAS: <level>,<value>
where:
<level> - threshold level
-2 - extreme temperature lower bound (see Note)
-1 - operating temperature lower bound (see Note)
0 - normal temperature
1 - operating temperature upper bound (see Note)
2 - extreme temperature upper bound (see Note)
<value>
actual temperature expressed in Celsius degrees
