Remove and ﬁll the water tank with puriﬁed water and then place it snugly

back on the machine.

Alternate pressing the

cold and hot button to

run water through the

machine until the tank

has emptied.

This process can take

anywhere from 5-10

minutes and water may

not dispense the ﬁrst

few times you push the

button. Don’t worry, this

is normal and it’s worth

the wait.

Set the scroll bar to 7.

Choose your

favorite ﬂavor

and enjoy! You

will need 2x

capsules for

specialty drinks

(milk + espresso

or chocolate)

and 1x capsule

for black coffees

and espresso.

QUESTION: What if no water comes out during step 3? Also, there is a loud sound.

ANSWER: The pump needed to deliver 15 bars of professional pressure is just getting started. Keep trying

for a few more cycles. Alternate pressing the cold and hot buttons. The sound you’re hearing is the pump

getting revved up. If water is still not coming out, please call consumer services so we can support you in

getting your ﬁrst cup. Monday-Friday 8AM-8PM ET and Saturday-Sunday 10AM-6:30PM ET.
