Service Information
Accessing the Main Menu
● Starting with four fingers on the tablet screen, swipe down. This will reveal the following
options:
○ Home
○ WiFi Settings
○ Pair Register
○ Applications
○ Check For Updates
○ Send Logs
○ Logout
Rebooting the Tablet
● Hold the power button for approximately 3 seconds.
● Select the option ‘Reboot’.
Reconnecting to Wifi
● Access the main menu.
● Select the option ‘WiFi Settings’.
● If connected to a network, tap it and select ‘Forget Network’
● In the upper right corner, toggle the WiFi off then toggle back on.
● Reboot the tablet.
● Select ‘WiFi Settings’
● Choose a WiFi network and connect.
Updating the Tablet
● Access the main menu.
● Select the option ‘Check For Updates’
● If an update is available, it will begin to download.
● Once downloaded, select ‘Install’
Logging Out
● Access the main menu.
● Select ‘Logout’
● Enter the code ‘456123’ and confirm the logout.
Powering Off
1. Hold down the Power Button on the tablet for ~5 seconds
2. Select the option ‘Power Off’
