1.7.3 Replacing the High-limit Thermostat (cont.)
6. Locate the high-limit probe inside the frypot.
Carefully bend the outer tab at the rear of the high
limit until the high limit can slid back and out of the
retaining bracket.
7. Carefully pull high-limit capillary tube and bulb out
of the frypot from the bottom.
Locate the high-limit probe.
Remove high-limit capillary tube and bulb
from the bottom of the frypot.
