The molding process is time sensitive. Read through
these instructions before starting.
Clean ears thoroughly. Pull back hair and remove any
jewelry that may interfere with the molding process.
BEFORE MOLDING
MATERIALS NEEDED
WARNING!
WARNING!
The molding process involves heating
your molds and forming them to your
ears. DO NOT PLACE THE HOT MOLD
INTO YOUR EAR. Wait until the mold is
warm and pliable.
-Decibullz Wireless -Silicone Tips
-Boiling water -Metal spoon
-Glass or ceramic cup -Timer
-Metal pan (stovetop) -Mirror (optional)

Attach correct size silicone tips to
mold. (g. 1)
You can change the tips after the molding
process is complete.
Boil water, remove from heat.
(g. 2)
If using the microwave use a glass or
ceramic cup. Do NOT place the mold in the
microwave with the water.
Place ONE mold in the hot water.
Multiple molds WILL stick together
if heated at the same time. Let sit
for 5 minutes. (g. 3)
Remove mold with metal spoon
and let cool for 30 seconds. (g. 4)
CAUTION: ITEMS MAY BE VERY HOT.
Be sure to use a metal spoon, the mold may
stick to plastic.
Plug earphone into back of mold.

Insert mold and earphone into ear.
(g. 6)
Gently press mold to ll concha
(bowl) of ear. (g. 7)
CAUTION: DO NOT PLACE THE MOLD
INTO EAR WHILE IT IS HOT. WAIT UNTIL
THE MOLD IS WARM AND PLIABLE.
Tips: Use a mirror to help. To ensure a
smooth looking mold avoid using your n-
gernails, also avoid “overmolding,” gently
push in with the pad of your nger.
Let cool for 5 minutes, repeat with
the other mold and ear. (g. 8)
Remolding
To re-t, remove the mold from the
earphone. Place the mold back in
boiling water for 1-2 minutes then
repeat the shape process.
Excessive heat can deform the molds.
Be careful not to leave earphones in
the car or any other place that could
expose them to excessive heat. Molds
MAY melt and can adhere to upholstery.
